No. Our Box Fit program is non-contact. It uses boxing-style movements for fitness, coordination and confidence — there is no sparring or fighting involved.
What age group is this program suitable for?
Our Kids & Teens Box Fit classes are designed for school-aged children and teenagers, with sessions adapted to suit age, maturity and ability levels.
Does my child need any boxing or fitness experience?
Not at all. The program is suitable for complete beginners through to sporty teens. All exercises are scaled so everyone feels confident and included.
How does Box Fit help my child outside the gym?
