How do I manage or upgrade my membership?

Yes! We offer age-appropriate training options for both kids and teenagers. Options include group training or personal training. Details available in the app.

Access to our small-group Reformer Pilates classes and a complimentary gym pass with any Reformer Pilates membership. Packs and memberships can be purchased directly in the app.

Membership Cancellation Form

We’re sorry to see you go, but we’re grateful for the time you spent training with us. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, please complete the form below.

Cancellation Policy:

• We require 30 days written notice to cancel your membership, outside your minimum commitment period

• Cancellations must be submitted via the form — verbal or email requests will not be accepted

• Any payments scheduled within the 30-day notice period will still be processed

• Access to the gym remains active during this time

Membership Holds

At Body Strong Greystanes, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way — whether it’s travel, injury, or a busy schedule.

You can place your membership on hold for up to six weeks during the term of your membership or up to eight weeks outside your minimum commitment period.

Here’s how it works:

• Submit your request at least 7 days before you want the hold to begin.

•Provide your start and end dates — your membership will automatically resume once your hold period finishes.

• Holds are available for travel, injury, or special circumstances.
