Yes! We understand life gets in the way sometimes so you do have the flexibility to put your membership on hold. Scroll down the page to view our suspension policy. 

Rather than offering a free trial, we prefer to give new members the chance to properly experience the benefits of our coaching.

A single session often doesn’t reflect what makes our programs effective — especially in Group Training, where the real value comes from consistent coaching, structured programming, and support over time. That’s why our Group Training starts with a 28-Day Kickstart Program, allowing you to settle in, build confidence, see physical changes and experience the full coaching environment.

Personal Training begins with a paid assessment, so we can take the time to understand your goals and provide advice that’s tailored, considered, and genuinely helpful from the start.

Whether you’re brand new to training, returning after a break, or lacking confidence in a gym environment, our coaches guide you every step of the way.

Both Personal Training and Group Training focus on proper technique, gradual progression, and individual support within a private, non-intimidating environment. You don’t need to be fit to start — that’s what we help you build.

Our members range across different ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, with many in their 40s and 50s who are training for strength, health, and longevity rather than aesthetics or performance.

Because our focus is on Personal Training and coached Group Training, everyone is guided at their own pace. Sessions are structured, supportive, and non-intimidating — so you’ll never feel out of place or expected to “keep up” with anyone else.

Membership Cancellation Form

We’re sorry to see you go, but we’re grateful for the time you spent training with us. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, please complete the form below.

Cancellation Policy:

• For group training and gym only memberships, we require 30 days written notice for cancellation requests, outside your minimum commitment period. For personal training memberships, 14 days written notice is required, outside your minimum commitment period. 

• Cancellations must be submitted via the form — verbal or email requests will not be accepted

• Any payments scheduled within the notice period will still be processed

• Access to the gym remains active during this time

Membership Holds

At Body Strong Greystanes, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way — whether it’s travel, injury, or a busy schedule.

You can place your membership on hold for up to six weeks during the term of your membership or up to eight weeks outside your minimum commitment period.

Here’s how it works:

• Submit your request at least 7 days before you want the hold to begin.

•Provide your start and end dates — your membership will automatically resume once your hold period finishes.

• Holds are available for travel, injury, or special circumstances.
