Is this a boxing or fighting class?
No. Our Box Fit program is non-contact. It uses boxing-style movements for fitness, coordination and confidence — there is no sparring or fighting involved.
What age group is this program suitable for?
Our Kids BoxFit program is designed for children aged 5 to 11 years.
Exercises and activities are adapted to suit different ages and ability levels, so every child feels comfortable, supported and included.
Does my child need any boxing or fitness experience?
Not at all. No prior experience is required.
Many kids join with little to no fitness background. Our coaches guide them through each session, focusing on correct movement, confidence and enjoyment rather than performance.

If you don’t already have these, equipment can be purchased on site at Body Strong Greystanes.
Are parents allowed to stay during sessions?
Yes. Parents are welcome to stay, and we also offer free gym access for parents during kids sessions, so you can train while your child trains.
