Hey Greystanes locals, if you are looking for a clean, safe and friendly Gym that doesn’t get overcrowded or has long waiting times to use equipment, keep reading!

Unlike most commercial gyms which typically enrol thousands of members at any given time, we have always maintained a cap on memberships to avoid overcrowding and to ensure our members can show up, get their workout in without delay, and leave on time.

Opening Times 

We are open 7 days per week from 5am – 10pm.

Limited Memberships

As we are a boutique Personal Training studio, there are very limited spots available for Gym Only Memberships. When all spots are filled, you are added to a waiting list until there is a cancellation and a new account becomes available.
